The Lil Luigi is made of durable stainless steel and has a double-walled oven, fire blanket insulation and thick 12mm cordierite baking stone floor for ideal heat retention. An easy load fire box allows you to bake using your favorite wood chunks, wood chips, pellets, charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal. Lighting the oven is simple thanks to a high-flow downdraft system, designed to circulate air and quickly reach cooking temperatures up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The hinged oven door features a small peephole to check on foods as they cook, without letting heat out. The oven top has a built-in thermometer to keep and eye on cooking temperatures, as well as a removable chimney for portability. Start baking out of the box with the included pizza accessory kit, includes a convertible oven cover that doubles as a carrying bag, a pizza peel, pizza pan, a wheel cutter and a coal poker.
