The transmitter is water resistant so sweat or light precipitation will not ruin the device. And, it has a transmission range of 33 feet so you can use laptops/desktops/tablets when training indoors, or a handlebar/pocket location while on the bike. The Topeak PanoBike BlueTooth Heart Rate Strap fits chests from 60 - 110cm, and can be increased to 90 - 140cm with the chest strap extension.
