Shimano TRS120MHA Tiralejo Surf Spinning Rod

The Shimano Tiralejo Surf Spinning Rod is built with an all new proprietary construction type called C4S which utilizes a high-modulus blank and wraps four outer layers of 90-degree graphite. This results in an increase in hoop strength without sacrificing sensitivity. The rod was specifically designed to be used in conjunction with the Shimano Ultegra XTD and Ultegra Ci4+ surf reels (sold separately). This combination is dubbed the "Long Cast Concept" and allows surf anglers to achieve previously unreachable distances and catch fish in those areas.
