Adheres tightly to aluminum, steel, galvanized bonderized surfaces, wood, concrete, plastics, vinyl, rubber and painted surfaces. Prevents leaks and moisture damage by maintaining a durable seal that resists heat, freezing temperatures, ultraviolet light and intermittent water immersion. Ideal for Sealing gutters, drain Spouts, lap joints, flashings, roof vents, corrugated roofing, aluminum siding between base plate and slab. Low heat and electrical conductivity.
