After doing a 20- minute shredding session, I was getting an overheating light. The thing sounded like a meat grinder instead of a paper shredder. I took it apart and the electronics were fried. The bushings were shot and the center spindle on the electric motor was about as hot as the sun. I chunked it in the garbage.
