Both valves are controlled by a single control knob & allow for temperature control of 100 350 Degree. push-button piezo ignition makes for quick & easy lighting. Our 2 series vertical smoker offers three porcelain coated cooking racks, 676 sq in cooking area, or 2.5 cu' smoking space. Large high temp glass viewing window & fully sealed high temp door seal.
