Unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. In fact, I will be reviewing your policy on returns or exchanges. The color of the chair was 2 shades darker than the chair on the picture and in the store. Or perhaps the lighting in the store, compared to the lighting in my home is different. I took the pillow from my royal blue Chofa, that I also purchased from Bob's, and matched the colors with the recliner. It matched perfectly! However when the recliner was delivered to my home, it no longer matched :-(. If I can't return or exchange it, I'll have to get it reupholstered.
