I needed a heater to heat a very cold basement space that's about 20x20 (400 sq ft) and it really does the job! I chose this based on the reviews and I am glad I did. it heats up very quickly and really isn't very loud; it's not whisper quiet but comparable to or better than other heaters I've had.The oscillating feature is nice and it's slim and sleek design make it ideal for use in any room. I plan to buy more for other rooms (I read that someone caught it when it was marked down, so I will definitely be on the lookout when that time comes).I highly recommend this little heater.
