Also, this is the third type of under-cabinet radio, etc., we've had. So quite a bit of experience with them. I'm sorry others have had poor results. Maybe inconsistency is the thing to consider? Here are my comments.Value: The first radio we bought two years ago was at least $15 more. I think you'd have to pay a lot more to get much better. The first one lasted two years, it's likely still going.Sound quality: Good--we already have a stereo for really good music quality. We had occasions of static at our old house. In this house we have none and everything comes in really clearly.
