The Dogtra Pathfinder TRX is a tracking only system with the capabilities of the standard Dogtra Pathfinder but without the electronic stimulation. The Dogtra Pathfinder TRX uses your Bluetooth 4.0 and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) enabled smartphone (not included) to view maps and tracking data for your dogs wearing the GPS collar. Simply download the Pathfinder app while online to access the advanced GPS tracking technology without using any further cellular data. The app is compatible with iOS 8.1 and up, and Android 4.2 and up. Downloading the app initially requires data usage, but no data is needed after the app is downloaded.
