Most were rated high but more than my budget allowed. Along came this high quality name brand wonderful machine. I quickly jumped upon the deal and boy, I am ticked pink about my purchase. After opening the box after the quick deliver, I immediately read the instructions (normally, I don't read the instruction but wanted to make sure all instructions were followed), and followed the instruction on assembly and operations. I cleaned my bedroom carpet with the sample bottle of cleaning liquid. It turned out tremendously and could not be happier with the purchase.
