You will get 5 DVD's with 9 workouts and 10 online streaming workouts. This has 4 color cords, which is great for variety. This newer 4 cord has a curved rebounder, making it slightly taller, the much coveted NEW adjustment system with the double loop handles (my favorite!), and the color is absolutely beautiful!! I love this darker gray with the black. It is one of my favorite color combinations to date because it matches any decor and really blends into the room, but is so pretty when you unfold it to workout.
