I'm only overly critical due to safety, you can't expect quality at this price. It's not just this bicycle though, you get what you pay for. We just want to pay as little as possible since the kids aren't going to treat it kindly. Flat tires, torn seat and bar grips, twist shifters are near impossible (my kids can't turn them to all the gears they're too tight) even though I can, but can't adjust it any different. Couldn't make the front brake not squeal. And that was two rides. I admit I have no idea if the kickstand works because they just drop it in the yard. The front suspension is softer than soup and has a lot of lateral play...like it will collapse if ridden hard. The front suspension is softer than soup and has a lot of lateral play...like it will collapse if ridden hard. The rear shock adjuster just spins and the shock is sitting in there loose. I presume the threads are stripped out, but this bike won't make it to when they're heavy enough to set a higher pressure so I didn't investigate it further. For super low end I at least saw Shimano shifters on it, but I would advise against twist shifters without testing them fully first. The rear shift cable was attached to wrong side of the nut which made it even harder to shift. Once switching that it was slightly easier, but the kids still can't do it. ;Lessjason · Review provided by walmart.comAll Reviews
