For starters, I was never told that the legs to the couch were hidden in a zipper under the actual couch. After calling multiple customer service reps asking if there was a hidden pocket to find the legs to the couch, both had hold me that there wasn’t so I asked for the legs to be shipped to me. After a week’s time, I became skeptical of when my legs were coming so I called again and the rep had told me they were just shipped that day and would be coming in a weeks time. I had also realized the decorative pillows that were supposed to come with the couch didn’t come as well.
