The HB10M is 10,000 BTUs of heat with a standing pilot and top mounted manual controls.It will continue to produce heat even without electrical power. The Oxygen Depletion Sensor shuts off the heater before the oxygen drops to an unsafe level. It mounts on a wall but an optional floor stand is available. Professional installation by a certified gas technician is required. Models using Propane Gas must be operated with a 100 lb or larger tank and an external regulator with an output of 11 - 13" WC must be used. Repairs must be done by a qualified service contractor.
