DeBuyer Round French Collection B Element 11" Fry Pan - 567028 This DeBuyer French Collection B Element is a round 11” fry pan with a Lyonnaise profile to enable the food to easily slide onto a dish. It’s ideal for searing, grilling and browning. The French Collection pan is made of heavy-duty iron which is coated with beeswax to create a protective finish against oxidation while facilitating seasoning. The more the pan is used, the better the performance as the chef creates their own non-stick surface. The darker the pan becomes the better it is for natural non-stick properties. This pan has no PTFE or PFOA and has no chemicals added, either. DeBuyer designed the French Collection B Element pan with a thick, undeformable skirt and riveted, curved handle that stand up to years of use. The handle’s ergonomic design is modeled after the Eiffel Tower which adds a touch of whimsy while making the pan easy to maneuver. This pan is suitable for use on any surface including induction ranges.
