I was met as soon as I walked through the front doors. The salesperson was nice. I made my way to the mattress department. She didn’t hover but stayed on around the entrance to that section. I circled back then asked if a particular mattress was on display. She pointed me to the second floor where the stairs were and told me to walk towards the back right then disappeared. Perhaps because it was the kids section or due to the fact the mattress was not priced to high. I tested it out, found it wasn’t a great fit. Then returned to the 1st level. I ultimately bought a full mattress. I had to track down a sales associate at that point and told her I was going buy a mattress and take it home that day.
